1.     Definitions

1.1.     “The Watch Shop” is referring to the provider of Services as being described in these Terms.The Watch Shop will be mentioned in these Terms as “Provider”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”.
1.2.    “Terms” are referring to these Terms and Conditions that are creating a legal relation between The Watch Shop and User(s).
1.3.    “User(s)” is/are referring to individuals or companies who are using the Services according to these Terms. User(s) will be mentioned hereby as “You” or “Yourself”.
1.4.    “Services” are referring to the provision of TV channels to the Users that are provided by The Watch Shop according to these Terms. 
1.5.    “Website” is referring to the official web presentation of The Watch Shop used for the ordering of Services. 
1.6.    “Channels” are referring to the content of the Services being provided to the Users by the The Watch Shop.    

2.    Preliminary Issues

2.1.    By accepting these Terms you are establishing a legal bond with The Watch Shop as being described and regulated by these Terms. It is in your best interest to carefully read and examine these Terms.
2.2.    By accepting these Terms the Users are accepting the exclusive right of the The Watch Shop to change these Terms with no obligation to inform you every time these changes occur. 
2.3.    You are strongly advised to check these Terms from time to time or to contact our support to inform  yourself about the possible changes. 
2.4.    Your are hereby accepting these Terms “AS THEY ARE” without no possibility to express your disapproval with their regulations other than to stop using our Services. This disapproval is to be submitted in a written form 60 days in advance.

3.    Complaints and Refunding Policy

3.1.    Please note that The Watch Shop does not offer or accept any refund policy for its Services.
3.2.    All potential complaints issued by the Users will not include any refunds under no circumstances. 
3.3.    In case that the Users express complaints they have to submit a written form to the Provider. We will do our best to resolve all issues in a timely manner. Please note that we cannot be held liable     for these issues or provide guarantees for them.      
3.4.    The only option available for Users to express their disapproval with our complaints and refunding policy is to stop using our Services. 
3.5.    Please note that in cases of your complaints or discontinuity of using our Services you won't be able to claim any refunds. 
3.6.    By accepting these Terms you are excluding the Provider from any responsibility legal or financial for your claims or complaints.
